PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY


THIS POLICY INCLUDES RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, FINAL SALES, USE OF DISCOUNT CODES, AND FREE ITEMS WITH PURCHASE

Before making any purchase with Fly Good Merch, please review our size chart. There may be occasions of a variation in garment sizing between 1”-2”. We do not accept returns based on measurement differences as compared to a like size from any other brand.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS OF NEW, UNWASHED, AND UNWORN ITEMS:

Fly Good Merch has the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund for any item at any time. 

Please inspect your item before use. Fly Good Merch will not issue returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, tags removed, or has been worn under any circumstances. To determine if you are elligible for a return, refund, or exchange please email hello@flygoodmerch.com within 14 days of delivery of your order with your request. We’ll respond to you with instructions to return your item. Once your item is received and we’ve verified it has not been worn, washed, or used, we will issue your refund or start your exhange. If it is determined that your items was used, washed, or worn, or returns to us with an odor, we will give you the option to keep the item or offer you a 50% refund. 

In certain cases of making an exchange, there may not be a suitable replacement for your item due to a discontinuation of the same or similar item(s) or size(s) that are out of stock. In that case, we will refund you the last or current price of the item or if neither are available to reference, your full purchase price will be returned to you in the form of shop credit. If you are looking to exchange for another size and the size is out of stock, your exchange request must still be submitted within the 14 day window from delivery and you will have the option to wait for the item to be back in stock, if the item is to be restocked. Customers who submit chargeback requests, when all has been done in-line with this policy to correct your situation, will be banned from any and all future purchases through Fly Good Merch, Rob Holland Aerosports, and our affiliated shops. 

 

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order is returned to us due to your input of an incorrect or insufficient address, you will receive an email from us requesting that you verify your address along with an invoice to pay with a new shipping charge in order for us to re-ship your order. Please, review your address carefully before submitting your order to make sure you have not omitted any apartment, suite, or PO Box numbers. Fly Good Merch does not make any corrections to the address you have provided before shipping. It is your responsibility to correctly input your shipping address.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Once you have received a shipping confirmation email from Fly Good Merch, we are unable to cancel your order. If you have not received a shipping notice yet and you would like to cancel your order, please email hello@flygoodmerch.com as soon as possible. We are not monitoring emails while we are packing and shipping orders. Any cancellation requests received within one hour of Fly Good Merch sending your shipping confirmation email, cannot be cancelled. If your order arrives to us as a high-risk order, if you have tried to make a purchase multiple times with different payment methods, or if you are using a payment method that has information that does not match the billing information, we have the right to immediately refuse the order and will refund and cancel your order, along with banning your account from any and all future purchases through Fly Good Merch, Rob Holland Aerosports, and our affiliated shops.


DISCOUNT CODES:

Fly Good Merch occasionally creates customized discount codes for our VIP members, partners, military, friends, and family. Fly Good Merch reserves the right to remove discount codes, not used by the intended party, from any order. Fly Good Merch may remove the discount code, refuse your order, cancel your order, or block your account from making future purchases with us if you misuse discount codes.


FREE ITEMS WITH PURCHASE:

Occasionally, Fly Good Merch will offer a promotion that includes a free item with a purchase. You do not need to take any additional action in order to receive the free item as long as you have placed a qualifying order within the promotional period. The free item will be added to your order as orders are packed and the propmotion will be based off of the date and time the order was placed. Fly Good Merch may have longer fulfillment times around the holidays and during sales. All promotions are scheduled in Central Time. If your order was placed ahead of a free item propmotion, but not fullfilled until the promotion has started, Fly Good Merch is under no obligation to include a free item since your purchase date is not within the promotional period. 


PRIVELEGE OF REWARDS, DISCOUNTS, AND SALES:

If an item is returned and there has been a sale, discount, or rewards used. Only the dollar amount that was charged to your payment method will be returned. We are unable to return points to your account balance in the event of a return or refund. Requests to add a sale price, discount, or reward to an existing order will be denied. If you have a discount code, please make sure that you have typed the correct code and that it shows as having been applied to the order. Fly Good Merch will not edit orders to add in discounts after any order has been placed. DISCONTINUED AND FINAL SALE ITEMS: 

There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items that are marked as being discontinued in the product description for an item, whether it be at the time of purchase or after. Once Fly Good Merch identifies and notates an item to be discontinued, we have the right to refuse refunds, returns, and exhanges.
